Comprehensive Eye Exams
Regardless of your age or physical
health, it's important to have regular
eye exams. Your eyes are a window
to your overall health, and a
comprehensive eye exam is not just
a prescription for eyeglasses or
contact lenses. A complete exam
will include testing for common
eye diseases such as macular
degeneration and glaucoma as well
as monitoring for systemic diseases
such as hypertension and diabetes.
Any of these conditions may have an
impact on your ocular health.
Contact Lens Exams
Prior to being fit with contact lenses
that you’ll love, we will need to
perform a comprehensive eye exam
first. The first step in a contact
lenses fitting is considering your
lifestyle. Do you want daily disposables
or overnight wear? This will all be
thouroughly discussed during your
visit. Follow up visits may be
neccesary to confirm the fitting of
your lenses. Once we’ve found a lens
that fits properly we will be sure to
create a prescription for you.
